Course: CO-WORKER RELATIONSHIPS

Course Description

This 1/2-day class explores relationship styles and how YOU affect your choice of career and possible success in the workplace. Relationships between supervisors and subordinates as well as peer relationships will be explored, with an eye on “maximizing the mission” while enjoying the journey.

At the end of this class, you will be able to:

• Understand relationship styles and types

• Apply new communication skills and to develop rapport

• Re-frame and see things from a different perspective

• Move from conflict to cooperation by overcoming objections such as resistance and anger

• See the uniqueness in people
