Course Description

Do you work with "negative people", or do people in your environment seem to drag you and others around you down? This class will help you recognize the characteristics of both positive and negative behavior, and learn skills that can help resolve conflict in a manner that is beneficial to all parties.

At the end of this class, you will be able to:

• Understand the benefits of positive attitudes

• Weigh the personal and professional cost of negativity

• Learn the possible benefits from negative attitudes in others

• Overcome personal negativity

• Overcome negativity in your team, family or workplace
