Course Description

Did you know that 93% of most communications between human beings is accomplished without words? This 1/2-day class teaches how communicating with each other can be more effective through the understanding and use of non-verbal techniques.

You will learn techniques that promote a healthy communications style, and the greatest means of transferring the content of your communications to other people.

At the end of this class, you will know:

• Various styles of communications people use

• How perception modes are recognized

• How to use active listening to enhance understanding

• How to avoid communication barriers

• How to use verbal attents

• What "door opener" questions can do

• How body language sends the real message
