This 3-1/2 hour class is designed to teach managers and supervisors the principles of effective supervision ... how to direct subordinates to meet organizational goals through inspiration, encouragement, and challenge.

At the end of this class, you will be able to:

• Demonstrate techniques that help inspire and encourage subordinates
