Course Description Workplace standards, professional requirements or social needs can pull today’s leaders in many directions. This can create enormous pressure to overlook or bend personal values and beliefs to “fit-in”, even to meet goals or performance targets. We’ve all experienced forms of this conflict, from skewing the contents of a report or omitting uncomfortable facts, to job requirements that go against personal beliefs, or turning our back when office supplies seem to be disappearing. What is acceptable behavior? How can the lines of right and wrong be made clearer? Why can’t we have it both ways? The goal of this class is to show how we can have it both ways … to explore the necessary values, ethical behavior, and standards of your organization.
