His career training includes Human Resources certification, Law Enforcement Academy Training, FBI Academy, California Department of Justice, International Conference of Police Chaplains, the Chaplaincy Training Academy, and numerous seminar certifications. He is an accomplished trainer, and conference and seminar speaker on numerous topics. Mr. O'Sullivan holds both Bachelors and Masters degrees.

Mark G. O'Sullivan is a Senior Training Consultant with Educational
Resources and a 20 year Law Enforcement Professional and Senior Chaplain.
Mark served as Chaplain for Law Enforcement Agencies in the Placer and
Sacramento Counties of California. While serving City, County, State and
Federal Law Enforcement Agencies, he developed programs of personal and
professional education and training that positively affected Public Safety
employees and families as well as victims of crime and crisis events
tragedy.
