Raymond Rideau is a Senior Training Consultant with Educational Resources who has been designing and implementing programs to assist individuals and organizations in realizing their full potential since 1975. Ray has worked with public and private sectors, both for-profit and non-profit, and with multi-national companies. As an Executive Coach, Mr. Rideau works directly with all levels of management and supervision to maximize their leadership potential and workplace effectiveness. Mr. Rideau has a proven track record as educator, counselor, consultant and coach, and holds Masters and Bachelors degrees in Organizational Development, Theology and Philosophy.
